House rules
No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not allowed. Young groups up to age 18 are not accepted. Contact the local agency one week before arrival to coordinate key handover and arrival time; in low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. Bed linen and towels are not supplied; linen is optional. Do not use domestic outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. A refundable €800-per-booking deposit is collected as a card pre-authorization. The 10% concierge service fee applies to the booking. Optional charges: kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €18 per bed; single-bed linen €14 per bed; end-of-stay cleaning €225 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. A 5.5% cancellation-insurance option is offered. The tourist tax is included in the total price. The listed pool season is May 15–September 26.
