The house

The gated estate is reached from the Hummingbird Highway by an approximately 1.5-mile drive through a working citrus orchard. A stream runs below the pool deck and through the property, and the grounds include a produce garden and a waterfall palapa.

The house accommodates six guests and has three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Living spaces include an upstairs lounge, a media lounge with two twin pull-out bed chairs, a dining area, and a kitchen with an island, appliances and a breakfast bar. A pizza oven is on the main balcony behind the kitchen. A central spiral staircase connects the interior spaces.

Recreation facilities include an infinity pool, pool deck, hot tub, pool bar, and a gym/yoga room with an elliptical and weight machine. The game room has a card table, shuffleboard and an arcade machine. The primary bedroom has a balcony, an indoor shower and an outdoor bath. The secondary bedroom has a balcony, access toward the pool deck, an indoor shower, and an outdoor shower and bath. Horses and horseback riding are offered on the property. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a washer are available.
