The villa is perched on a cliff in Panchgani and has views of Dhom Dam and the Krishna River. Roads connecting to the property are described as good, but the last few kilometers are steep and bumpy. Check road and weather conditions before travelling.

The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked. Loud music is allowed only within limits and during specified hours, and guests should keep noise mild and within the villa. Alcohol is allowed. Extra guests are subject to the bedroom-specific limits: one extra guest in Bedrooms 1 and 2, and two extra guests in Bedroom 3.

Meals are provided onsite. Healthy home-cooked meals are prepared using locally sourced fresh ingredients. Tea and coffee are served during breakfast and high tea; tea or coffee at other times can be arranged at an additional charge.

## Do you allow loud music?
Loud music is allowed within limits and during specific hours. Guests should respect neighbours and keep the noise level mild and within the villa.

## We're planning to drive down. Are the roads good? Any specific things we need to know?
Roads connecting to the property are good, but the last few kilometers are a little steep and bumpy. Guests are advised to check road and weather conditions before leaving for a road trip.
