The house

The apartment has a living-dining room with air conditioning, Smart TV and a sofa bed for the third guest. The bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning, and the bathroom has a shower. The separate kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, crockery and cooking utensils.

A terrace with an outdoor dining table overlooks the outdoor setting, which includes extensive gardens and sun loungers. Guests have access to the residential community's chlorine pool, measuring 10 × 4 m with a depth of 1.7 m. Pool opening dates follow community regulations and may change seasonally without notice; updated information is available on arrival. Nearby neighbours mean privacy is partial.
