Valleverde is a private rental complex consisting of a main building and five annexes, with communal and private spaces, a professional kitchen, spacious living areas and independent apartments. The property is surrounded by 36 hectares of woodland, olive groves and vineyards. The garden covers about one hectare and is fully fenced.

The fenced pool is near the main villa and has a 14 x 10 m rectangular pool with a constant depth of 1.2 m, internal access steps and chlorine purification, plus a 0.35 m shallow pool for young children. The pool terrace has sunbeds, chairs, tables, a gazebo and a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The property is 4 km from San Giovanni Valdarno and its train station, with shops and services 4 km away. Access includes 400 m of unpaved road. Parking is inside the property, with space for more than 20 cars. Cecina beaches are 120 km away.

The property is for rental only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. External providers are not allowed for events or services; arrangements must be made through Emma Villas. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
