House rules
No parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks events. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Stays are for private residential use and only for the number of guests on the booking unless agreed otherwise. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management of changes. Linen is not provided; hire is available. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.
Getting there
Lorne shops, restaurants and beaches are a five-minute walk away. On-site parking is limited to two car spaces.
