House rules
Pets are welcome in the eco houses, but not in the castle. Smoking is not allowed in rooms or indoor areas, and outside food and drinks may not be brought in. Standard-room children aged 0–5 stay free when using the sofa bed or a cot; ages 6–11 incur EUR 15.00 / BGN 29.34, ages 12–17 EUR 25.00 / BGN 48.90, and guests over 18 EUR 30.00 / BGN 58.67, for sofa-bed use. The standard room has a maximum occupancy of two adults and two children. Check-in is from 15:00. Rooms must be vacated by 12:00; guests may continue using the restaurant, mineral pools and relaxation area, with luggage storage and changing rooms with showers available. Late checkout until 18:00 is subject to availability and costs 50% of the room night price. Early arrival requires advance contact and is subject to the property's ability to accommodate.
Getting there
Valentina Castle is in the Golek area between Marchevo and Ognyanovo. The standard room has a view of Pirin and no balcony.
