House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. Groups of young people aged 18 or younger are not accepted. Use a dedicated EV charging station, not household sockets. Linen is optional, provided on arrival without replacement; guests handle mid-stay cleaning. Check-in is daily from 16:00 to 20:00 and check-out before 10:00. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival with arrival time and flight/boat details if applicable to arrange keys. Low-season arrival/departure times may be adjusted by agreement.
Getting there
Val Louron ski slopes are 200 m away. Resort shops, ski rental, ski school, lifts and restaurants are accessible on foot. Loudenvielle is 8.5 km away and Génos is 6 km away. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. There is no dedicated electric-vehicle charging outlet; domestic sockets must not be used to charge vehicles.
