House rules
Maximum occupancy is six guests, including no more than four adults. Smoking, pets, parties and events are not permitted. Groups of young people aged 18 or under are not accepted. Do not use household sockets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. Bed linen and towels are optional and must be ordered through the concierge, as must optional cleaning services. Ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the whole stay, with no replacement; there is no cleaning during the stay. The mandatory hoomy concierge service fee is 10% of the reservation. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the reservation. A refundable deposit of 800,00 € per reservation is required with the final payment, by bank-card preauthorization. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange arrival time and key handover. Arrival and departure times may be flexible in low season by prior agreement. Tourist tax is added to the rental price and is payable before the stay. Dated offers apply to stays under 28 nights: 15% off bookings over 5 nights from 1 September to 20 December 2026, and 10% off bookings over 13 nights from 21 December 2026 to 5 January 2027; confirm eligibility when booking.
Getting there
The apartment is at the foot of the Val Louron ski slopes. Shops, ski-equipment rental, the ski school, lifts and restaurants in the resort are accessible on foot. Loudenvielle is 8.5 km away and Lake Génos is 6.3 km away. Access to the apartment is via an elevator. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. There is no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket. Everything in the resort centre is walkable: Skiset Louron Sport and Le Sud Sport (ski hire), La Boutique de Val Louron (Casino grocery, press, souvenirs, bread depot), the ESF Val Louron ski school, the ski lifts, Le Tuco restaurant and Casse Croute takeaway, two sports grounds, a mountain-bike stadium and a children’s playground. Loudenvielle (8.5 km) offers a Carrefour Montagne supermarket, 14 restaurants and bars, sports grounds, the Balnéa spa and aquatic centre, the Ludéo aquatic area, Ludik park, L’Aventure Branchée adventure park, Lake Génos, Château de Génos and the Aquaparc du Louron. The Peyragudes resort is a few minutes away. There is a 3 m² balcony with mountain views.
