Val di Marco is an 18th-century farmhouse in a 60-hectare estate of farmland, orchards, olive groves and woodland. The house retains exposed stone walls, terracotta and local oak and chestnut ceiling beams. It has a large garden with a gazebo, pergola, covered and open-air parking, and a panoramic swimming pool. The property is rented exclusively in this arrangement, so no other guest is present on site.

Access is by brick steps or a paved ramp through the parking area.

The property is 4.5 km from Valfabbrica, 20 km from Assisi, 23 km from Perugia and 39 km from Gubbio. The E45 highway is 10 minutes away by car. The access includes 500 metres of unpaved road in good condition. The property has 3 covered and 4 uncovered parking spaces. The Franciscan Path of Peace passes a few metres from the villa.

No other guest is present on site when the property is rented in this arrangement. The property is fenced with a 1.80-metre metal-wire fence. The pool is seasonal and open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. Pets are allowed.
