The property is reached by 500 m of unpaved road in good condition. The E45 highway is 10 minutes away by car. The pool is on a higher level than the house and is reached by brick steps or a paved ramp through the parking area. Valfabbrica is 4.5 km away, shops and services in Pianello are 5 km away, and the Adriatic Sea is 150 km away.

The property is fenced with a 1.80 m metal-wire fence. Pets are allowed. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
