The house

This 1,555-square-foot condo sits just east of the center of Vail Village, a five-minute stroll from restaurants and shopping. There is direct access to fly fishing and kayaking, summer fishing access to Gore Creek, and walking access to skiing and town. Mountain views and ski storage are available.

The open-concept interior has modern finishes. An L-shaped kitchen island has marble countertops, with a marble backsplash and appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware are provided. The kitchen connects to a dining area with a wood table and a living room with a sectional and gas fireplace. The living room opens onto the balcony overlooking the meadow and Gore Creek. A grill, smart TV, heating, washer and dryer are available.

The main bedroom has a king bed, television and direct balcony access. Its ensuite bathroom has a standalone soaking tub, separate shower with a frosted glass door and floating vanity. The first guest bedroom has a double bed. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds, a television and balcony access. There are three full bathrooms in total. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo, a hair dryer, hangers, and an iron and ironing board are provided.

The building has an elevator. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. Free Wi-Fi and one free parking space are available. Longer stays are allowed.
