House rules
Maximum occupancy is 12 people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $3,500.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home. Shipping to the local office address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservations require an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team, with payment processed separately. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text message from a Vail InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.
Getting there
Parking is limited to three cars, with two spaces in the garage and one in the driveway. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
