Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the apartment properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. The damage deposit is 150.00 EUR. Mandatory final cleaning costs 165€ per stay; consult the advertiser for possible charges. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

The Felanitx bus stop is 0.400 km away, a supermarket is 0.220 km away, and Manacor train station is 14.8 km away. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 45.5 km away, Palma de Mallorca ferry terminal is 54.3 km away, Vall d'Or golf course is 13.9 km away, and Hospital de Manacor is 16.8 km away. There is no private beach access.
