The villa has three ensuite bedrooms and queen-size beds. One bedroom has a queen bed plus two single beds. Facilities include three dedicated computer workspaces, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, designated parking and an on-site electric vehicle charging station. A flat-screen TV provides Netflix and YouTube; cable TV and bicycles are also available. Bed linen, towels, a clothes dryer, ceiling fans, a safe, a fire extinguisher, smart-lock access and a video security system are provided. A resident guest manager is available.

Door-to-door shuttle service from San Jose airport is recommended. Public bus travel reaches Puerto Viejo, followed by a taxi to the villas costing approximately $8 USD. From Highway 256, turn onto the road beside El Duende Gourmet grocery store, continue about 150 metres past Namuwoki Lodge to the blue Uva Blue Villa sign, then turn right and continue approximately 50 metres to the end of the street.

Smoking is not allowed. Children and pets are welcome. Credit cards are accepted. An extra-guest charge applies after seven guests, within the maximum occupancy of eight. No security deposit is due.
