The house

The furnished apartment has an open-plan living and dining area with a large window, a lounge, flat-screen TV, air conditioning and heating, a dedicated laptop-friendly workspace and a four-seat dining table. A spacious private balcony provides outdoor space, and city skyline views are advertised.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, stainless-steel oven and stovetop, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and a rice cooker. Both bedrooms have queen beds with hotel-quality linen professionally cleaned after each stay. The master bedroom has an ensuite, a travel cot and storage; the second bedroom has storage and private balcony access. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers with adjustable shower heads and cabinets.

A washing machine, dryer and high-speed Wi-Fi are provided. One free secure parking space is available in the building’s garage, and a lift provides access to the apartment. Melbourne’s CBD is a 10-minute train journey away.

Starter single-use toiletries are supplied; guests must purchase additional consumables as needed. Potential noise during stays and limited essential amenities are disclosed. Safety equipment includes a carbon monoxide alarm, smoke detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.
