A timber dining table provides indoor dining, while the private paved courtyard has an outdoor dining setting for six beneath greenery.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and Nespresso machine. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a queen bed, a built-in wardrobe and direct access to a private covered balcony with outdoor seating and leafy neighbourhood views. The second bedroom has a double bed. The main bathroom has a separate bathtub, walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries, with a separate toilet on the same level. Downstairs, the third bedroom has two single beds. Another toilet and separate vanity are near the laundry, which has a washer-dryer combo and storage.

Split-system heating and cooling serve the living area and both upstairs bedrooms. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, and the downstairs bedroom has a portable heater. Windows are key-lockable. Secure garage parking accommodates one car, and free street parking is available. A security camera at the front gate monitors movement in and out.
