The house

This renovated former commercial space has high ceilings and an open-plan layout. The living area includes a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV with streaming options and a dining table. A private patio has seating areas.

The mezzanine bedroom has a queen bed, and the apartment also has two single loft beds. Bedlinen and towels are included. The bathroom has a toilet and shower, with complimentary toiletries.

The equipped kitchen includes cookware, cutlery, a stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine, ironing equipment, heating and hair dryer are available. The home is professionally cleaned. Basic toiletries and household supplies are provided for the first days; additional cleaning or bedding can be requested for an additional charge.

L'Olivereta is a residential neighbourhood with traditional shops, supermarkets, medical centres and the University General Hospital. Parque del Oeste is nearby. Alacant, Bailén and Jesús stations provide connections towards central Valencia, including the Central Market, Ciutat Vella and North Station. Guests have access to the entire home.
