The house

The open-plan living area has a sofa and TV, with a second sitting area containing two armchairs. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher and espresso machine. An eight-seat dining table provides indoor dining, while glass bi-fold doors open to a private courtyard with an outdoor dining area seating six.

All three queen bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom has a private balcony, dedicated workspace, walk-in wardrobe and private ensuite. The second bedroom has direct access to the main bathroom, and the third opens onto a small balcony. A downstairs powder room complements the two full bathrooms.

The laundry has a washer, drying racks and utility sink. Central air conditioning and heating are available, along with Wi-Fi. Other equipment includes a hair dryer and iron. A high chair and portacot can be provided on request.

Free off-street parking is available in a secure carport accessed from the rear, with free 24/7 street parking also available. Guests must climb the internal staircase, which may not suit guests with mobility concerns. Security cameras and a smoke detector are present.
