House rules
Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Parties, antisocial behaviour and smoking are prohibited. Additional visitors and pets require prior approval. Do not wear shoes inside, and report any breakages. Breaches may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction. Mandatory identity verification through a secure Stripe ID link must be completed before check-in details are released. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge; guaranteed access requires booking the preceding or additional night, respectively, if available. Cleaning during the stay is available for an additional charge by arrangement. At departure, leave beds unmade, wash and put away dishes, return moved furniture, remove rubbish using the correct bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows.
Getting there
Ipima St tram stop is a one-minute walk away. Canberra Airport is approximately a 14-minute drive away. Key collection is off-site, 1 km from the apartment, and available 24/7. The swimming pool is not accessible to guests. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out.
