The house

Guests have use of the full house, with high ceilings, a living room, an open-plan kitchen diner, two bathrooms and a small enclosed decked yard with outdoor furniture. The ground-floor living room has two sofas and a wall-mounted Smart TV. The dining area has an exposed-brick fireplace and dark wood flooring, and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware for self-catering. Bed linens, children’s books and toys, and a carbon monoxide detector are provided.

A ground-floor shower room has a walk-in shower, WC and basin. On the first floor are a super-king bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds. The family bathroom on this floor has a freestanding bathtub with an overhead shower, WC and wash basin. The second floor has a king bedroom and another double bedroom.

The town centre, with restaurants, cafes, bars and independent shops, is a short walk away. Saltburn Train Station is a six-minute walk away. Free nearby on-street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis without a permit. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome per reservation.
