House rules
Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Guests must sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. The agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released. Community amenities carry an optional per-person fee for guests aged five and older; the fee varies by season and payment is arranged before arrival. Cancellation 30 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee; cancellations within 30 days receive no refund. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay's rental terms, house rules and cancellation policy.
Getting there
The home occupies two floors, with three bedrooms on each floor. The beach is minutes away.
