House rules
A mandatory deposit of 3,000 SEK is paid on arrival and refunded one week after departure if the house is left in acceptable condition. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Final cleaning is not included; guests clean the house themselves. Smoking and parties/events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to 21 years are not accepted. Up to two pets are allowed, except dangerous animals; dangerous-breed dogs are not allowed.
Getting there
A sandy beach and a rock beach are approximately 2.99 km away. Shops and restaurants are 800 m away. Grebbestad town centre is 6 km away. Strömstad is approximately 40 minutes away by car.
