## About the house

Modern Western-style villa with four family rooms, each with one king bed and one single bed. Rooms have flat-screen smart TVs with international satellite channels, coffee and tea-making facilities, personal safes, slippers and bathrobes, remote-controlled air conditioning, a full-size bath and a separate walk-in rain shower. The villa has a swimming pool, boutique lounge and large garden. Complimentary tea, coffee and three bottles of mineral water are provided daily. Daily housekeeping is included. One-way airport arrival transfer and a welcome drink are included. Daily breakfast is included when booked with a breakfast rate.

The villa is a few minutes’ drive west of Siem Reap town center. One extra bed can be added in each room for larger groups.

Infants stay free of charge with a baby cot. Children without an extra bed incur a US$5 breakfast charge per child. Lunch is US$8 per person. BBQ dinner with soft drink and mineral water is US$15 per person. Tuk-tuk transport to Old Market is US$2 per tuk-tuk per way.
