The 123 sqm home has a sitting room with a large sofa, TV, bay window and ornamental fireplace, plus a guest WC under the stairs. The rear kitchen includes an electric hob, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine, with a washer and dryer behind sliding cupboards. Additional equipment includes a fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cookware and utensils. The dining area seats six, and full-width bi-folding doors lead to a patio and private garden with outdoor seating.

The first floor has a family bathroom with a shower over the bath, sink and toilet. A room beside this bathroom is closed to guests. The front-facing master bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe and street views. The top floor has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet, a garden-facing double bedroom with storage, and a compact study under the eaves used as the third sleeping room.

The home has central heating, hot water, a smart TV, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and essentials including towels, bed linen, pillows, soap and toilet paper. It is suitable for children and infants.
