The apartment accommodates four guests on the first floor of a building with a lift. The open-plan living room has a sofa, two single armchair beds, a bookcase and a television. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the bathroom has a bathtub with a shower and grab bar. A hairdryer and fans are available.
The renovated kitchenette includes a microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, moka coffee maker and juicer. The kitchen furniture shown in the photographs has been replaced. Wi-Fi is available. The large private terrace overlooks the Gulf of Ospedaletti.
The shared swimming pool opens from June 15 to September 15, and swimming caps are required.
Sanremo is five minutes away by car and can also be reached on foot via the cycle path connecting the two towns. The French Riviera is 15 minutes away by freeway.
