The apartment is on the fourth floor of a building with a lift and an entrance-hall ramp. The building is suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The separate, fully equipped kitchen has a dining table and a small balcony. Equipment includes a moka coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and juicer. The living room has two sofas, a television and access to a terrace furnished with a table and chairs overlooking Villa Durazzo.
One bedroom has two single beds, and the other has a queen-size bed. There is one bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are available.
Santa Margherita Ligure lies on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, by the Tigullio Gulf and the Portofino promontory. Part of the municipality is within the Regional Natural Park of Portofino. Genoa is 32 km from Santa Margherita Ligure.
