Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Check-in ends at 20:00; the starting time is 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations; reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area. Contact the team for more information if travelling with pets.
Getting there
Stairs lead to the entrance. Via della Libertà is a few minutes’ walk away, with buses to the historical centre and Mondello. Vergine Maria and Mondello’s seaside areas are a few kilometres away. Parco della Favorita is five minutes away.
