## About the house

The entrance is reached by the building’s stairs. The bright, classic-style living room has paintings, vintage details, two sofas and a dining table suitable for meals, working or studying. It opens directly onto a furnished private garden with a gazebo, pergola and an outdoor breakfast table; tortoises may be seen in the garden.

The eat-in kitchen includes a moka coffee maker, kettle, oven, fridge and freezer. A washing machine, iron and hairdryer are available. There are three bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and two with two single beds each. The two bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub respectively. Air conditioning is available, but the two twin bedrooms do not have it. Wi-Fi is available.

The apartment is accessible by car or public transport. Via della Libertà has shops, artisan boutiques and bus stops serving the historical centre and Mondello. Vergine Maria and Mondello’s seaside areas are a few kilometres away, and Parco della Favorita is five minutes away. Information on places to visit and food is sent before arrival.

Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Check-in ends at 20:00; the starting time is 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations; reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
