The apartment is on the third and top floor of a building with an elevator. A small entrance hall separates the living and sleeping areas. The open-plan living area has a double sofa bed, desk, TV and dining table, plus a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, moka coffee maker, kettle, fridge, freezer and juicer.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed, dresser and large closet. Both the bedroom and living area open onto a balcony furnished with a table and chairs overlooking the surrounding hills. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are available.
An outdoor parking space just outside the property is subject to availability. Rapallo train station is a 25-minute walk away, and Genoa airport is 30 minutes away by car.
