The house

The apartment accommodates up to six guests on the third floor of a building with a lift. Bright interiors are furnished in a minimal style. A hallway opens into a living area with a double sofa bed, a table and chairs, and access to the furnished balcony overlooking the Botanical Garden.

The separate kitchen has a breakfast bar, microwave, kettle, moka coffee maker, oven, fridge, freezer, juicer, washing machine and a balcony. The sleeping area includes one bedroom with a French-size double bed and another with a queen-size bed. There is one full bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, plus a utility room for storing luggage during the stay. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, television and a mosquito net are available.

Palermo's central station is a 10-minute walk away, and Falcone e Borsellino Airport is a 30-minute drive away.

A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40.
