Early check-in, room upgrades and late check-out may be available at no charge, subject to availability. Direct bookings and bookings through partner travel agencies qualify for published benefits: one-night stays receive USD 50 in credit for food, drinks or spa; two-night stays receive USD 80 in credit for those uses; stays of three nights or more include a welcome dinner with one individual drink per person. A Family Suite consists of two adjoining Premium Suites reserved together; access between them is via a short, sheltered exterior corridor, with no connecting interior door. The hotel advises considering this arrangement when travelling with young children.

The lodge is on Fundo La Confluencia, a 490-hectare property. Futaleufú aerodrome is 3 km from the lodge; Esquel Airport is 98 km away and Chaitén Airport is 150 km away.
