House rules
No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to 18 years are not accepted. Contact the agency one week before arrival to give your arrival time and arrange key collection. During low season, check-in and check-out times may be flexible by arrangement. A refundable €800 security deposit is required per booking by credit-card pre-authorisation. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Tourist tax is stated as included in the total price in the tax section; the description also says it is payable before arrival. Optional extras: final cleaning €300 per booking; kitchen linen €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €18 per booking; single-bed linen €14 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Linen is provided for the stay without replacement. Cleaning during the stay is not included. Internet, heating, outdoor parking and pool heating when available are included. Pool heating is seasonal, 1 June–30 September.

Urval is 7 km from Siorac-en-Périgord. Le Veilleur d’Urval restaurant is 2 km away. The listed nearby distances are road/straight-line unspecified. Outdoor parking has two spaces. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
