## About the house

The house accommodates up to eight guests and consists of a main house and an outbuilding with a bedroom and lounge/breakfast area. It has a living room, a second lounge with a TV, an independent fully equipped kitchen, and a covered terrace. The outbuilding's breakfast area has a toaster, kettle and cafetière. The kitchen includes gas and electric hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer and dishwasher. Three coffee makers are provided: filter, Nespresso and cafetière. There are four bedrooms: bedroom 1 is on the ground floor; bedroom 4 is in the outbuilding. Bedroom 3 has a TV. Bathrooms include showers and/or baths; three are ensuite and one is independent, with a fifth bathroom in the shared areas. All bathrooms have hairdryers. The property has two washing machines, a dryer, two TVs, central heating and a 40 m² terrace. The 6 x 12 m private heated pool is open from 1 June to 30 September, depending on season. Outdoor parking has two spaces. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to 18 years are not accepted. Contact the agency one week before arrival to give your arrival time and arrange key collection. During low season, check-in and check-out times may be flexible by arrangement. A refundable €800 security deposit is required per booking by credit-card pre-authorisation. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Tourist tax is stated as included in the total price in the tax section; the description also says it is payable before arrival. Optional extras: final cleaning €300 per booking; kitchen linen €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €18 per booking; single-bed linen €14 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking.
