House rules
No parties or events; non-smoking; pets are not accepted. Groups of young people up to 18 years old are not accepted. Contact the agency one week before arrival with your arrival time to arrange key collection. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. A refundable deposit of €800 per booking is held by credit-card pre-authorization. The concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Optional services: kitchen towels €2 per booking; bath towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €18 per booking; single-bed linen €14 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €110 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Tourist tax is stated as payable before the stay in the description and as included in the total price in the tax section; confirm the applicable treatment. Bed linen and towels are not supplied unless ordered. Ordered linen is provided on arrival for the stay with no replacement, and in-stay housekeeping is not provided.
Getting there
Saint-Cava sandy beach is 500 m away and Kervenni sandy beach is 900 m away; access mode is not specified. Four private outdoor parking spaces are available. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. It has no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; do not use domestic sockets for charging.
