The house

The home accommodates four guests in two large suites, each with a king bed, with two full bathrooms and spacious closets. Bedrooms have linens, towels, pillows and comforters. Original wood floors remain in the restored older home, while the kitchen and bathrooms have been updated with granite countertops.

The equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven and stove. A private patio above Olive Street overlooks neighboring rooftops, and outdoor facilities include a barbecue and garden/backyard. The home also has air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen high-definition TV, a washing machine, dryer, hair dryer and ironing board. Keypad locks enable self-check-in.

Downtown shopping and dining are a couple of blocks away, and the home provides a central base for touring surrounding wineries by scenic country roads. Free private parking and free Wi-Fi are available. The home has a laptop-friendly space, with Wi-Fi advertised as high speed. Periodic Wi-Fi or power outages may occur, and wildlife, including insects, may be present indoors and outdoors.
