House rules
Maximum four overnight guests; no unregistered overnight guests. The primary renter must be at least 18. Children of all ages are welcome. No events or parties, and no smoking anywhere on the property. One dog weighing less than 23 kg is allowed. Community quiet hours are 22:00–08:00 daily. Turn off air conditioning and lights when leaving, and lock the doors, especially the front door. Do not feed wildlife or stray animals. Check in after 15:00 and check out by 11:00. Self check-in and check-out are available.
Getting there
Coco Beach is a short stroll away. Cafes, restaurants, markets and shops are nearby. Ocotal Beach is an 11-minute drive (5.2 km), Playa Hermosa a 12-minute drive (5.6 km), and Playa Calzón de Pobre a 17-minute drive (7.7 km). Liberia's Daniel Oduber International Airport is a 42-minute drive away.
