The condo has a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and another queen bed in the loft, where there is a smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and rice maker. The front patio has a table and four chairs. Shared facilities include an outdoor community pool, pool shower, shaded rancho with seating, sun loungers and complimentary on-site laundry. Additional amenities include air conditioning, cable TV, an Ethernet connection, barbecue facilities, beach essentials, a safe, a high chair, a travel crib, and children's books and toys. Optional house cleaning is available. Long-term stays are also allowed.

Maximum four overnight guests; no unregistered overnight guests. The primary renter must be at least 18. Children of all ages are welcome. No events or parties, and no smoking anywhere on the property. One dog weighing less than 23 kg is allowed. Community quiet hours are 22:00–08:00 daily. Turn off air conditioning and lights when leaving, and lock the doors, especially the front door. Do not feed wildlife or stray animals. Check in after 15:00 and check out by 11:00. Self check-in and check-out are available.
