The house

The apartment occupies the first floor of a secure older building without a lift. It has a living room with lounge and dining areas, an open-plan fitted kitchen with utensils and dishes, two bedrooms each with a 140 × 200 cm double bed, and one bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.

Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washing machine, heating and a hair dryer are available. The TV provides Molotov TV. Professional cleaning and linen services prepare the accommodation before arrival; bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided.

Grand Place and the Opera are a 15-minute walk away. Rihour metro station is a 17-minute walk away, Lille Flandres station an 18-minute walk, and Lille Europe station a 20-minute walk. Bateliers bus stop is a one-minute walk away, with lines 9 and 50 towards the stations. V'Lille Halle aux Sucres station is at the foot of the building. A U Express convenience store, shops, cafés and restaurants are nearby.

Self check-in is available from 15:00, with key collection and return possible without the host being present. The apartment is above a bar/nightclub, with possible noise from Wednesday to Saturday evenings until 06:00. Access is via a narrow spiral staircase.
