House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, with proof of age required. Pets are not allowed. Outdoor music is prohibited, and indoor music must not be audible outdoors or at the property line. Daytime conversation and other people noise must remain measured and reasonable; daytime is 10:00–22:00. Optional pool and spa heating carries an extra daily fee, must be requested before arrival and can take up to 48 hours.
Getting there
The home is in the Twin Palms neighborhood of south Palm Springs. Tahquitz Canyon is just over a mile away.
