The main floor contains the living area with a fireplace, an open kitchen with modern appliances and cookware, a dining area, an office space and the primary suite. A balcony off the kitchen and dining area overlooks the backyard, shaded lower patio and lawn. The primary bedroom has a king bed, smart TV and an ensuite with a large soaking tub.

Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, including a queen bedroom, a family room with another TV, seating and a ping-pong table, and a playroom. French doors open to the backyard. A queen air mattress is available for additional sleeping arrangements, and bedroom linens, towels, pillows and comforters are supplied. The home also has in-home laundry, air conditioning, heating and a barbecue.

Downtown Freeland, Freeland Park and a public boat launch are less than a mile away. Langley offers further shopping, dining and entertainment a short drive away.

The home is rurally located, less than a mile from Downtown Freeland, Freeland Park and a public boat launch. Bedrooms and family spaces extend across the main floor and downstairs. Naval flight training may be loud on a few weekdays each month and occasionally in the evening; training does not take place on weekends or holidays. Exterior security cameras face the driveway, front door, stairs near the gas tanks, backyard and back door.

The person booking must be at least 21. Maximum occupancy is seven at all times, counting infants, children and visitors. Up to two dogs are permitted for a fee per pet; unapproved, undisclosed pets may incur a $500 fine per pet. Notify the operator about registered service animals or emotional support animals. Smoking is prohibited; violations incur a $500 additional-cleaning fee plus responsibility for smoking-related damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and noise levels; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Bookings longer than 28 days require a security deposit charged after booking. Cancellation terms depend on the selected stay dates.
