House rules
Only guests with a booking may stay overnight; unreserved friends or acquaintances may not stay overnight. Guests are asked to respect the owners’ privacy, be considerate of other guests, and keep the house peaceful, especially during sleeping hours. Return room keys before checkout. Children aged 3–12 are charged €30 when sharing with an adult. A €10 charge applies for early check-in; a €10 charge applies for check-in after 9:00 pm. If paying at Twin Oaks, cash is accepted only. Evening dinner may occasionally be booked in advance or on the day of arrival before 5:00 pm; numbers are restricted. A €100 single supplement applies to all rooms. Cancellation 3 days before arrival incurs a 50% charge of the total amount due; cancellation 2 days before arrival incurs a 100% charge.
