The house

The home has three king bedrooms and a fourth bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. All four bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Two king bedrooms have direct pool-yard access, and one has a private outdoor seating area. The primary bedroom overlooks the pool and mountains. Open-plan living and dining spaces include floor-to-ceiling glass, a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, a gas range and island seating for four. A separate media room has a large TV and oversized sectional. Outside are a pool, attached spa with a waterfall edge, two shaded daybeds, umbrellas, multiple lounge areas, a fire pit and outdoor dining for eight. A universal EV charger is available free of charge. A washer and dryer, linens, towels, hair dryer and iron/ironing board are provided.
