The house

Guests have access to the entire house. The living area has sofas, an armchair, a flat-screen TV and a bay window overlooking the sea. All front-facing windows have sea views. The fully equipped kitchen shares its space with the dining area and leads to a rear sunroom suitable for reading or relaxing in the late-afternoon sun.

All three bedrooms are on the first floor: the master bedroom has a king-size bed and sea views, the second has a double bed, and the third has a bunk bed. The ground-floor bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC and basin. The first-floor family bathroom has a bathtub with an overhead shower, WC and basin. Bed linens, body soap and a carbon monoxide detector are provided.

The private enclosed front garden has sea views, corner seating and an outdoor dining table. It is mainly decorative stone with a planted border and rose bushes. A small enclosed rear yard contains potted plants.

The house is on Newbiggin-by-the-Sea's beachfront. The town has a sandy bay, the Couple sculpture, a Maritime Centre, cafés, pubs and independent shops. Morpeth railway station is an 18-minute drive away, with local and long-distance services. Two bus routes connect Newbiggin-by-the-Sea with Morpeth and Newcastle upon Tyne. Free parking outside the property is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome per reservation.
