The community has four resort pools. Sky Pool is indoors and heated year-round, with radiant heated decking in winter. Coquina Pool is a community pool approximately a 1-minute walk away.

Beach access is a 2-minute walk away, and Coquina Pool is a 1-minute walk away. One parking spot is permitted in front of the garage door; additional street parking is first come, first served. LSVs are not allowed in Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, or Alys Beach.

Pets are not allowed. A waiver is required to use the three provided bikes. Only one vehicle may park in front of the garage door. An active camera faces the stairs, patio, and courtyard. Travel insurance is not included, and wire transfers are not accepted.
