The house

The villa has 1,411 square feet of interior space and a private 167-square-foot lanai with seating and ocean, pool and tropical garden views. Brazilian chestnut floors, granite countertops, high ceilings and an open-plan living and dining area connect to the lanai through sliding glass doors. The living room has a Smart TV with cable.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, ice maker, dishes and cookware. A washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, linens, hair dryer, safe, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. The building has an elevator, and the villa has a private entrance and a free private parking space. A high chair and Pack and Play are available.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, a 43-inch Smart TV, ocean views, lanai access, air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a walk-in closet. Its ensuite bathroom has a deep soaking tub, separate shower and dual-sink vanity. Each of the two guest bedrooms has a queen bed, a 32-inch HD Smart TV, ocean views, lanai access, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There is also a guest bathroom.

The Ocean Villas community offers an oceanfront pool, jacuzzi, BBQs and direct beach access. Shoreline walking and biking trails, five miles of beach and resort restaurants are nearby. Turtle Bay Resort amenities are not included. Optional paid activities through independent vendors include golf, spa services, fitness classes and water sports; other nearby activities include tennis, pickleball, horseback riding and rentals. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.
