The house

Turtle Bay Villas 310 offers 1,538 square feet of living space for up to eight guests. Brazilian chestnut floors, high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows frame an open-plan living and dining area. A private 167-square-foot lanai overlooks tropical grounds and the pool. The living room has a Smart TV with cable service.

The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, ice machine, blender, dishes and utensils. The primary bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, Smart TV and an ensuite with a deep soaking tub and dual-sink vanity. The two guest bedrooms each have a queen bed and Smart TV; a second full bathroom serves guests. All three bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and lanai or balcony access. Cable service is available in the living area and primary suite.

Central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Ethernet, a washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. A high chair and Pack and Play are available. The building has an elevator, and free parking is available.

Guests have free access to the shared Ocean Villas pool, jacuzzi and barbecue grills, as well as restaurant entertainment, hiking and biking trails and five miles of beach. Turtle Bay Resort has twelve miles of hiking and biking trails and seven beaches. Resort golf courses, spa services, fitness center and classes, tennis, pickleball, watersports, horseback riding and guided tours require additional fees. Additional beach equipment rentals are available for a fee.

Turtle Bay Beach, resort restaurants and beach paths are within walking distance. Waimea Bay, Banzai Pipeline, Sunset Beach and Haleiwa town are a short drive away. A car is recommended.
