The house

Turtle Bay Villas 308 accommodates up to eight guests. The open living area has high ceilings, hardwood floors, seating, a Smart TV and glass doors opening to a private 167-square-foot lanai overlooking the ocean, gardens and community pool. The dining table seats six. The equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, cookware, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender and ice machine.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, a 43-inch Smart TV, an ocean-view lanai and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower and dual vanities. Each guest bedroom has a queen bed, a 32-inch Smart TV and an ocean-view lanai; they share a full bathroom. All three bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The villa also has central air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi and cable, an in-unit washer/dryer, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, a high chair and a Pack and Play. The building has an elevator and secure gated entry.

Ocean Villas guests have access to a shared oceanfront pool and jacuzzi, BBQ grills and picnic areas. The beach is steps away, with direct beach access. The resort community offers twelve miles of hiking and biking trails and five miles of beachfront coastline. Turtle Bay Resort dining, beaches and coastal trails are within walking distance; Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay, Banzai Pipeline and Haleiwa Town are a short drive away.

Hotel/resort amenities, including the main pool, gym and spa, are not included. Restaurants and bars, spa and wellness services, fitness and yoga classes, tennis and pickleball, two PGA golf courses, watersports lessons and rentals, whale-watching cruises, Segway and e-bike rentals, helicopter tours and horseback riding carry additional fees. Beach equipment rentals are also available for a fee.
