The villa has an open-plan living and dining area, a dining table seating four, and a private furnished lanai overlooking the ocean and community pool. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender and rice cooker.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and shower. Two guest bedrooms each have a queen bed; the living room provides a queen pull-out sofa. All three bedrooms have central air conditioning and smart TVs, with ocean and garden views identified in the room details.
Guests have access to the Ocean Villas’ shared pool, hot tub, courtyard and barbecue grills, reserved for Ocean Villas residents and guests. In-unit laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi, beach towels, beach chairs and beach gear are provided. Beach equipment rentals are also available for an additional charge.
