The house

Turtle Bay Villas 206 spans 1,538 square feet and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private 167-square-foot lanai with tropical surroundings and glimpses of the Pacific. High ceilings and Brazilian chestnut floors frame the living area, where comfortable seating and a Smart TV with full cable access open onto the lanai. The dining area seats four.

The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, ice machine, cookware and utensils.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, lanai access, a 43-inch HD Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower and dual vanities. Guest Bedroom 2 has a king bed; Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Both guest bedrooms have 32-inch HD Smart TVs and ocean and garden views. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans, and air conditioning extends throughout the villa. There is also a guest bathroom.

High-speed Wi-Fi, an Ethernet connection, a washer and dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, linens, an in-unit safe and beach towels are provided. Cable is available in the living room and primary bedroom. A Pack-n-Play and high chair are available free of charge upon request. The building has an elevator, and the villa has a private entrance and free parking.

Ocean Villas guests have free access to the community’s beachfront pool and hot tub, community grilling stations, twelve miles of hiking trails, biking trails and five miles of beach coastline. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided in the villa. Seven nearby beaches are accessible on foot. Haleiwa Town, Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay and Banzai Pipeline are a short drive away.

Access to Turtle Bay Resort hotel amenities is not included. Entertainment at Turtle Bay Resort restaurants is available free of charge. Public fee-based options include restaurants and bars, the hotel day spa, fitness center and classes, tennis and pickleball courts, two PGA golf courses, surfing lessons and rentals, stand-up paddleboard lessons, rentals and tours, snorkeling and kayak rentals, seasonal whale-watching cruises, Segway and helicopter tours, horseback riding and e-bike rentals. Beach equipment rentals are also available for a fee.
